![]() ![]() ![]() Even then, 20 goods a day for 32 squares doesn't provide nearly the value of a sufficiently upgraded GB like the Lighthouse (currently 36 goods for 16 squares = 2.25 g/s, vs. I suppose it does produce a decent amount of cash per square, but again those high rises produce more coinage per day than I spend so I don't really *care* about the cash income.Įverything else is dependent upon either reliable friends/guildmates to motivate, or daily expenditure of a self-motivation kit. ![]() There's absolutely no incentive for me to make that much room when the progressive era high rise provides 120.78 people per square (in fact there's no incentive for me to install modern era buildings because they are ALL less efficient than the PE high rise, but that's a different rant). The ship at its highest upgrade only houses 1135 people in a 7x3 space, for population density of just 53.10 per square. In my case, I have more cash than I can spend in ten lifetimes but very little space, so population density is most important to me. TL DR version: too much space required for too little benefit. I suppose the value of the ship depends on what resources you have in abundance and what you need the most. My only gripe would be wanting another way to get ship upgrades so that through luck, patience, or camping the wheel I could get another lvl 7 ship without spending money. I'm sitting at +13 FP/day right now in this event, which is more than any other event for me, and I still have like ~20 doubloons to spend after earning them from future quests.įor me, this event is a hit. I've also won some selection kits, but I'm not spinning on those anymore, just focusing on SOK and ST. ![]() I'll be getting a lvl 7 ship, and have gotten 5 SOKs from the wheel, 1 from the maps, 2 sunken treasures from the wheel and the wishing wells from the map. I would love to have 2 royal ships and rake in 12 FPs from each, but so far this event has been really good for me. I spent a few diamonds I'd earned from GE on 10 extra doubloons (so much regret) and I'll probably end up with the ability to get a second lvl 3 ship (that I probably wont build). If you spun overboard on those 6 single print wheels you lowered your doubloon efficiency by a lot. Some have 8/10 slots with 2 or more map prints. It also depends on what wheels you are spinning. ![]()
